FY 2021 Survey of International Educational Exchange Activity in the United States

The Office of Global Educational Programs in the U. S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), announces an open competition for the FY 2021 Survey of International Educational Exchange Activity in the United States.

U. S. public and private non-profit organizations

meeting the provisions described in Internal Revenue Code section 26 USC 501(c)(3) may submit proposals to conduct a comprehensive statistical survey (census) of foreign nationals enrolled in U. S. higher education institutions, foreign scholars at U. S. institutions, and U. S. students studying abroad for academic credit; to collaborate with national agencies, country representatives, and academic mobility researchers from around the world to collect and report accurate, timely and comprehensive data on global student mobility.
