The U. S. Department of State, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement (PM/WRA) is pleased to invite eligible organizations to submit applications for a grant to conduct battle area clearance, humanitarian demining, explosive ordnance response/disposal, technical

and non-technical survey, national capacity support, and/or explosive ordnance risk education programs in Ukraine beginning in fiscal year 202 0. Specific goals, objectives, and technical requirements for application packages are detailed below.

PM/WRA anticipates awarding between $0 and $10,000,000 under this grant opportunity and may not issue any awards at the end of this process.
