Counterterrorism Legislative Rapid Response Teams

The Bureau of Counterterrorism, CT, of the U. S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit application to oversee the convening and management of a multi-disciplinary, legislative rapid response team, or LRRT, to provide knowledgeable guidance to host countries as

they develop or reform laws, legislative frameworks, or legal procedures relevant to counterterrorism and aligned with internationally established good practices and accepted human rights standards.
