Service invites organizations to submit proposals outlining their interest to become an approved national or regional cooperator organization (Cooperator).
Proposals must demonstrate the organization’s capability to administer appropriate recruitment and outreach for high-quality, diverse individuals; provide administrative oversight, tracking, and reporting; and, implement training and support as part of a RAP Community of Practice (CoP) with other Cooperators, partners, resource assistants, and Forest Service staff.
Nonprofit organizations, higher education institutions, government, tribal organizations/entities, and other entities that engage emerging professionals in workforce development opportunities are encouraged to respond.
