The overall intent of this solicitation is to seek partnerships to bolster NRCS Massachusetts’ ability to administer the conservation programs associated with Title II of the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, hereinafter the “Farm Bill”.

Proposals will be accepted for projects located in the state of Massachusetts.

Applicants interested in multi-year agreements need to so indicate this on their application(s).

Massachusetts NRCS anticipates that the total funds available in support of this program in FY 2020 will be up to $650,000, subject to availability of funds at the time of award.

Agreements awarded in pursuant to this NFO may be 1-3 years in duration.

Key Dates The deadline for questions is July 15, 202 0. Applications must be submitted via Grants.gov and are due by 11:59 pm Eastern Time on July 31, 202 0. The anticipated agreement execution date is September 21, 202 0. Funding decisions will be made by the NRCS State Conservationist, informed by the ranking list and the availability of funding in the programs whose CFDA numbers are listed above.
