The Bureau of Land Management, within the Department of the Interior has announced funding in the amount of $500,000 to support the BLM Utah Youth Wilderness Monitoring Pilot Project.

The pilot project is expected to provide young Americans with public land management experiences and expand the BLM Utahs long-term capacity to monitor Wilderness resource values on the public lands.
