Todd Nordstrom, Content director at O.C. Tanner Institute, shares how science proves that kindness can make an individual a better leader.

He outlines three ways he found that simple kindness could bring more success as a leader at work.

These three reasons include the following: 1) Appreciation inspires greater results; 2) Connection leads to better ideas; and 3) Have the right tools.
