Digital Forensic Center Evaluation

The U. S. Embassy in Podgorica is pleased to announce a notification of a funding opportunity (NOFO), for a cooperative agreement to carry-out an external evaluation of the work of the Atlantic Council of Montenegro’s Digital Forensic Center.

Purpose


of the Evaluation:
The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U. S. Embassy in Podgorica, Montenegro, announces a notification of funding opportunity (NOFO) for a cooperative agreement to carry-out an external evaluation of the work of the Atlantic Council of Montenegro’s Digital Forensic Center (DFC).

We are seeking proposals from non-Montenegrin based organizations for a comprehensive evaluation of the work of the DFC, including recommendations to strengthen the impact of the DFC.

PAS intends to issue one award (cooperative agreement) for up to $150,00 0. The period of performance is tentatively 12 months, with an anticipated start date of October 202 1. Please see attached full Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for more information.

Applicants eligible to apply are organizations (both nonprofit and for-profit), as well as educational institutions, which are not based in Montenegro, and which have prior experience developing methodologies for different types of evaluations, ideally involving the disinformation space.
