Teaching and Learning Materials (TLM) Market Systems Development Activity

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications for a cooperative agreement from qualified entities to implement the Teaching and Learning Materials (TLM) Market Systems Development activity.

Eligibility for this award is not restricted.

The purpose

of the TLM Market Systems Development Activity is to strengthen the market system for TLMs and increase the quantity, quality, affordability, and accessibility of books and other reading materials (physical and digital) in schools, homes, and communities.

To be eligible for award, the applicant must provide all information as required in this NOFO and meet eligibility standards in Section C of this NOFO.
