The United States Agency for International Development in Central Asia (USAID/CA) is designinga new 5‐year civil society and human rights activity for Kazakhstan that has a planned start datein October 202 4. Therefore, USAID is seeking feedback for its conceptual approach tosupporting civil

This is NOT a request for application.This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes.

It is NOT a Notice of FundingOpportunity (NOFO) and in no way obligates the US Government to issue an award or pay for anyinformation submitted as a result of this request.

If a NOFO is issued, all necessary informationwill be supplied in that document.
