To All Interested Applicants:
The purpose of this Amendment No.1 is to clarify the initial Counties USAID will work with.

Please disregard the previous list of counties contained in the original posting.

The revised counties are as follows:
Initial Counties USAID intends to start

with 25 counties to build upon existing USAID activities.

This phased approach will allow USAID to refine the process and adapt the lessons learned before the APS is rolled out to the rest of the country.

Wave One:
Isiolo, Kajiado, Kakamega, Kisumu, Makueni, Samburu, Mombasa, Nakuru, Nyeri, Taita-Taveta, Uasin-Gishu, West Pokot, Nairobi, Garissa and Mandera.

Wave Two:
Kiambu, Turkana, Busia, Bungoma, Kitui, Kwale, Machakos, Kisii, Meru, Homa-Bay.
