With this RFA , the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA) is seeking applications for a cooperative agreement from qualified entities to implement the East and Central Africa Rapid Response Fund for Acute Humanitarian Needs Resulting

from New Internal Displacement.

While one award is anticipated as a result of this notice of funding opportunity (NFO), USAID reserves the right to fund any or none of the applications submitted.
