HERO Appendix G: Team Composition

NASA Research Announcement 80JSC019N0001- TEAM, Team Composition Appendix G, Team Composition, has been posted to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) Research Announcement (NRA) entitled Human Exploration Research Opportunities (HERO) 201 9. The NASA HERO NRA solicits research


in support of NASA's Human Research Program (HRP).

Solicitations are posted as appendices under the HERO NRA and may result in a grant, cooperative agreement, contract award, or other transaction as authorized by 51 USC 20113(e) and its implementing guidance.

A NASA awards officer will determine the appropriate award instrument for the selections resulting from the HERO NRA.

Principal Investigators may collaborate with universities, Federal Government laboratories, the private sector, and state and local government laboratories.

In all such arrangements, the applying entity is expected to be responsible for administering the project according to the management approach presented in the proposal.

NASA’s policy is to conduct research with non-U. S. organizations on a cooperative, no exchange-of-funds basis.
