Somalia Marginalized and Minority Fellows Program Pilot Cohort

U. S. Embassy Mogadishu announces this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Somalia Marginalized and Minority Fellows Program Pilot Cohort.

A cooperative agreement for up to $225,000 in FY 2020 Economic Support Funds (ESF) will be awarded (pending availability of funds) for work that will

credit:


support a pilot political inclusion effort to place young Somalis from marginalized and minority communities into one-year fellowships with the Federal Republic of Somalia parliament, the South West State assembly, and/or executive institutions of the government of South West State.

The period of performance is 18 months.

Funding authority rests in the Foreign Assistance Act of 196 1.
