Project proposals should aim to address the following program priorities:• Support democratic institutions, promote civic engagement and political dialogue;• Extend development and empowerment opportunities for youth from the regions of Armenia;• Promote social inclusion and strengthen

civic participation and rights protection of marginalized communities;• Localize best practices and expertise gained during the exchange program in the United States in support of economic reform, good governance and transparency;• Support initiatives that promote digital security/safety and critical thinking skills and counter hate speech.Grants should be used to carry out specific, concrete projects with measurable and realistic results.

Project proposals should describe specific objectives, outcomes, intended audiences, and should include starting and ending dates of the project that do not exceed twelve months.

We encourage networking among alumni and cooperative projects between partnering NGOs.

Involving the regions of Armenia in any aspect of the proposal is strongly encouraged.
