This is a Notice of Intent to Award to Portland State University for an external peer review of water quality and hydrologic models for the Three Lakes system located in Grand County, Colorado.
The lake and reservoir system is composed of Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Reservoir, and Grandby Reservoir.
