The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a cooperative agreement to The Regeants of the University of California, Santa Cruz the authority of Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) 1 5. 512, Public Law 102-575, Central Valley Project Improvement Act, (CVPIA), Title XXXIV, Section

3406(b)(1), 3407(e) and Basic Agreement , Section I, 7. 6 Modifications Estimated total amount of agreement is $2,784,17 2. 0 0. 00 with Reclamation is providing $795,51 8. 00 in Fiscal Year 201 9. The purpose of this project is to have significant expertise in developing and refining the protocols and techniques for collecting, preserving and processing smelt, including measuring their health.
