This NOFO includes three distinct projects to be implemented across the ten geographic departments of the country:Project 1:
Increased availability of alternate secure HIV drug delivery points and services, by implementing and maintaining fixed drug dispensing points (DDP) in the community and by organizing and supporting multiple Peer-Led Community Adherence Groups (PCAG)Project 2:
Capacity building of communities, by a) providing training to professionalize PLHIV peers and key population (KP) peers and empowering them to find jobs within the HIV response and/or develop other income-generating activities, b) developing organizational capacity of people living with HIV (PLHIV) associations and other relevant community-based organizations, and c) ensuring that the experiences of clients at health facilities can be easily captured and available to promote improvement of services and allow other clients to use these reported experiences in the selection of their health facility (ies).Project 3:
Improved HIV treatment continuity, by working with other implementing partners and the Haitian Ministry of Health and Population (MSPP) to design and implement community-based strategies and activities, with a strong anchoring in facility-level services, to prevent treatment interruption or re-engage those who interrupted treatment.
