Network Director for the U.S. Testing Expertise and Access for Marine Energy Research (TEAMER) Program

TEAMER will
provide developers access to Marine and Hydrokinetic (MHK) testing facilities.
TEAMER will also lend technical expertise to assist with numerical modeling and data collection.
TEAMER will be a collaborative effort including universities as well as already established national laboratories and National Marine Renewable Energy Centers (NMRECs).

DOE/NNSA FFRDCs are NOT eligible to apply for funding as either a prime recipient or subrecipient.
Non-DOE/NNSA FFRDCs are eligible to apply for funding as a subrecipient, but are not eligible to apply as a prime recipient.
