This RFI will seek input from industry members, investors, developers, academia, research laboratories, government agencies, tribal governments, potentially impacted communities and other stakeholders to advance the use of unconventional and secondary feedstocks to produce rare earth elements (REEs), critical materials (CMs) and novel high-value, nonfuel carbon-based products (CBP), which are needed to ensure U. S. energy, economic and national security.
