State Local Tribal and Territorial (SLTT) Reporting and Threat Information Sharing Pilot

The purpose of this Cooperative Agreement is to establish a SLTT Reporting and Threat Information Sharing pilot that will be used to advance nationwide cyber incident “2-1-1” SLTT capabilities and efforts to respond to cyber incidents by standardizing the reporting structure and mechanism.

It

would also identify a standardized list of resources that could be provided to victims.

The objectives of SLTT Reporting and Threat Information Sharing Cooperative Agreement would:Utilizing the Nationwide “2-1-1” or similar infrastructure, develop a prototype cyber incident reporting network with a nexus to law enforcement.

Develop documentation including design, policies and procedures, concept of operations, and operations manual(s) for a national level cyber incident reporting program, to include defining the scope of what types of cyber incidents would be addressed.

Pilot the reporting structure with a select number of SLTTs.

Study the feasibility to build and maintain a national list of cybersecurity resources based on location and incident type that SLTT entities can offer to victims Study the feasibility for a national level program.

Document lessons learned and levels of efforts.
