Rural Emergency Medical Communications Demonstration Project
Through demonstration projects with up to two public and state-controlled institutions of higher education, REMCDP’s goal is to examine communications barriers and identify solutions that enhance existing emergency communications infrastructure to improve the delivery of rural medical care and
address NECP implementation gaps.
REMCDP’s goal aligns with CISA’s mission to support and promote communications capabilities used by emergency responders and government officials to keep America safe, secure, and resilient.

S. Territory or Possession; Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Institutions) are not eligible to apply.
