The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U. S. Mission in Mexico is seeking applications from qualified Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Educational Institutions and other qualified organizations for a Cooperative Agreement, Grant or Fixed Amount Award (FAA) to help manage some of the logistics


of PAS programs.
