Executive Summary:
The Educational Information and Resources Branch in the Office of Global Educational Programs of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) announces an open competition for three assistance awards to administer components of the Office‟s EducationUSA Advising Program


in Fiscal Year 201 3. Public and private non-profit organizations or consortia of eligible organizations meeting the provisions described in Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3) may submit proposals to cooperate with the Bureau in the administration of the EducationUSA Advising Support Program.

Empowerment Plan is a nonprofit aimed at helping countless homeless people find jobs. To combat the country’s homeless crisis, the Plan hires homeless people and teaches them how to make coats for the homeless suffering on the streets.
