The MSP is designed to promote the study of modeling and simulation at institutions of higher education (IHEs) by promoting the enhancement or development of modeling and simulation degree and certificate programs.

Additionally, through this program, the Department will create a task force that will include successful grantees and other content experts to raise awareness and help further define the study of modeling and simulation.
