Arctic Black Carbon: Reduction of Black Carbon from Diesel Sources

This notice announces a Request for Proposals (RFP) through an open competition for EPA funds.

EPA is soliciting proposals for a project to provide assistance in developing and implementing assessment and mitigation activities for diesel sources of black carbon in the Russian Arctic.
