The U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to evaluate the effectiveness of the Partners for Fish and Wildlife (Partners) Program in

the southeast U. S. Specifically this project will identify factors that lead to private landowner participation in the Partners Program, as well as those factors impacting the actions/behavior and attitudes of private landowners during and after the life of a landowner agreement.
