from North Carolina to New York.

This research will be used to identify hotspots of community vulnerability to dune erosion, inundation regimes, and overwash potential related to typical annual winter storms, nor¿easter storms, and category 1-4 hurricanes for coastal communities.

The project goal will be to develop a spatially-explicit framework for assessing and communicating variations in community vulnerability to coastal-change hazards that can support strategic sciences at the U. S. Department of the Interior.
