Organic Act of March 3, 1879 (43 U.S.C.

31 et seq.); The National Climate Program Act of 1978 (15 U.S.C 2901-2908); Energy Policy Act of 1992 (30 U.S.C.

1028); National Park Service Organic Act of 1916 (16 U.S.C.

17 et seq.); Mining and Minerals Policy Act of 1970 (30 U.S.C.

21(a)); Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (33 U.S.C.

1271); and Safe Drinking Water Act Amendments of 1996 (42 U.S.C.

300(f) et seq.).
