Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program - Formula
This notice solicits applications for the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) Program – Formula grant.
The purpose of this program is to support the delivery of coordinated and comprehensive high-quality, and voluntary early childhood home visiting services to eligible
families The goals of the MIECHV Program are to:
(1) strengthen and improve the programs and activities carried out under Title V of the Social Security Act; (2) improve coordination of services for at-risk communities; and (3) identify and provide comprehensive services to improve outcomes for eligible families who reside in at-risk communities

Eligible applicants include the following entities (currently funded under the MIECHV Program): 47 states; 3 nonprofit organizations serving Florida, North Dakota, and Wyoming; and 6 territories and jurisdictions serving the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U. S. Virgin Islands, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa.
