This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service’s intent to award a non-competitive Cooperative Agreement in accordance with Department of Interior, 505 Departmental

Manual 2. 12C.

The objective of this agreement is to formalize a cooperative and mutually beneficial working relationship that will provide for a seamless beach safety program for the public that will assure consistency of lifeguard services and enable efficiencies realized through resource sharing and economies of scale.

This Agreement will enhance the safety of beach users the Mississippi District of Gulf Islands National Seashore.
