OJJDP FY24 Family Treatment Court Program

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to build the capacity of state courts, local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized Tribal governments to establish new family treatment courts, enhance existing family treatment courts, or expand family treatment courts at the larger state and

credit:


county levels.

This program furthers the Department's mission to expand access to evidence-based prevention and treatment by supporting states and communities as they develop and implement effective and coordinated substance use intervention programs.
