OVW Fiscal Year 2021 Sexual Assault Services Formula Program Solicitation
The Sexual Assault Services Formula Program (SAS Formula Program) (CFDA# 1 6. 017) is authorized by 34 U.S.C § 1251 1. The SAS Formula Program directs grant dollars to states and territories to assist them in supporting rape crisis centers and other nonprofit, nongovernmental organizations or
tribal programs that provide direct intervention and related assistance to victims of sexual assault, without regard to age.

Eligible applicants are limited to: any state of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
