Recommendations To Increase Successful Utilization of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Bosnia and Herzegovina

The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U. S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to assess the current usage of Alternative Dispute Resolution ADR in non criminal lawsuits within the judicial


framework of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This initiative seeks to generate an in depth understanding of the current landscape of ADR practices, identify the barriers to their effective implementation, and develop tailored recommendations to enhance the utilization of ADR mechanisms in resolving disputes.
