US Embassy Timor Leste FY25 Program Statement

Public Diplomacy Section Dili, Timor Leste invites proposals for programs that strengthen ties between the two nations.

All programs must include an American element, or connection with American experts, organization, institutions in a specific field that will promote increased understanding of

credit: Razoo


US policy and perspectives.

We are looking for proposals that connect, inform, inspire change, or persuade public audiences in the county in connection with US priority goals and objectives.

Strengthen ties between the two nation through programing that promotes an increased understanding of US perspectives, enhances bilateral cooperation and strengthens people to people ties, and strengthen economic and technological partnerships with the United States or decreases country vulnerabilities to economic coercion and exploitation.

S. Territory or Possession; Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Institutions) are eligible to apply.

Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U. S. Organizations are eligible to apply.

Foreign components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement, are allowed.
