Mission Mozambique American Spaces Programming

The Public Diplomacy Section of the U. S. Embassy in Mozambique announces an open competition for entities to implement programming for its two American Spaces.

The American Center and the American Corner connect Mozambican audiences to American people, institutions, and resources.

strategic outreach and innovative programming, American Spaces engage youth, organizations, and key influencers on topics relevant to the United States.

Programming aligns with six key pillars of American Spaces:
Information about the U.S., Alumni Engagement, Educational Advising (including EducationUSA), English Language Teaching and Learning, Skills Building, and Strategic Cultural Programs.

*Organization Limit: Proposals may only be submitted by the following: -The student must be enrolled at a U. S. academic institution, but need not be a U. S. citizen.

Proposals from women, minorities, and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged.

*PI Limit:The proposal must be submitted by the dissertation advisor(s) on behalf of the graduate student who is at the point of initiating or already conducting dissertation research.
