The Office of National Drug Control Policy Executive Office of the President is seeking applications from a non-profit entity as described in Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code with expert knowledge and extensive experience in:
Building and maintaining public health and public safety partnerships

to address the drug overdose epidemic; and Supporting state local and territorial health departments in their implementation of enhanced strategies and programs at the intersection of public health and public safety to address the drug overdose epidemic.

Additional Information of Eligibility:
There are five Purpose Areas described in this solicitation.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to review these Purpose Areas and the eligibility requirements associated with them.

For Purpose Areas 1, 2, 3, and 4 (see pages 6–7 for descriptions), eligible applicants are limited to public agencies of state governments, units of local government, and tribal entities that perform criminal justice functions (or government agencies acting as fiscal agents for eligible applicants).

For Purpose Area 5 (see page 7 for description), eligible applicants are public agencies of state government, units of local government that perform criminal justice functions, and federally recognized Indian tribal governments as determined by the Secretary of the Interior; and national and regional public and private entities, including for-profit (commercial) and nonprofit organizations (including tribal nonprofit or for-profit organizations), faith-based and community organizations, and institutions of higher education (including tribal institutions of higher education) that support initiatives to improve the functioning of the criminal justice system.

For-profit organizations must agree to forgo any profit or management fee.
