The funding supports activities that develop and strengthen trauma-informed victim services and strategies to prevent, investigate, and respond to sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking on campus.

The successful applicant must have demonstrated expertise in working with LGBT populations.

In addition, the successful applicant must have documented experience in the provision of training and technical assistance on a national basis or has a formal relationship with an organization that has this experience.
