S. foreign policy goals in Timor-Leste · Fosters dialogue for participants to develop policy-focused proposals to strengthen the next 20 years of the U.S.-Timorese partnership and expand and deepen bilateral cooperation.

· Culminates in a speech competition for the top five participants to describe what the U.S.-partnership means to them and what they see as important for the future of our relationship.

Anticipated Outcomes The workshop will build participant skills in leadership, policy development and advocacy and public speaking.
