U.S. Mission Vietnam PDS NOFO

The U. S. Mission to Vietnam’s Public Diplomacy Section (PDS) of the Department of State is pleased to announce an open competition for organizations to submit proposals to carry-out activities that support the following priorities with Vietnamese audiences:
enhance understanding of emerging


technologies and related digital policies; teacher training for English as a second language across all areas of instruction; alumni engagement; and strengthen people-to-people ties as the U. S. and Vietnam mark thirty years of bilateral relations.This Notice of Funding Opportunity outlines our funding priorities, strategic themes, and the procedures for submitting requests for funding.

Please note that the agreement will be signed under a federal assistance award.

The funding is not eligible for a service agreement.Please carefully follow all instructions below.
