Rural Cooperative Development Grant
The primary objective of the RCDG program is to improve the economic condition of rural areas by assisting individuals or entities in the startup, expansion or operational improvement of rural cooperatives and other business entities.
Grants are awarded competitively on an annual basis to Rural Cooperative Development Centers who in turn provide technical assistance to individuals and entities.

For-profit organizations and individual applicants are not eligible to apply.Applicants are only allowed to submit one proposal per organization.
If more than one proposal is submitted from an organization, all proposals from that institution will be considered ineligible for funding.In order to be eligible to receive an award, all organizations must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number issued via www.SAM.gov as well as a valid registration on www.SAM.gov.
