The Philippine-American Fund for Entrepreneurship and Local Assistance for Development (PAUNLAD) Project looks to establish a grant-making facility that will provide seed grants to support business start-ups, promote innovation through entrepreneurship, and advance citizen advocacy for greater public
credit:

accountability, transparency and integrity.

This grant-making facility will oversee and manage the fund on behalf of USAID/Philippines.
