Quality Health Intiative

USAID/Mozambique intends to award a five-year award to support the Government of the Republic of Mozambique (GRM) to improve maternal, neonatal, and child health (MNCH) outcomes.

This will be achieved by assisting the province of Nampula to establish itself as a model province for improving provision

and increasing utilization of high-quality, high-impact, gender-responsive, patient-centered MNCH health services in a sustainable manner; and assisting the central Ministry of Health (MOH) to incorporate the lessons learned from Nampula into a national system for Quality Improvement.
