Not-for Profit Acid Mine Drainage Watershed Cooperative Agreement (WCAP) Programs
The Not-for-Profit, Acid Mine Drainage(AMD) Reclamation - Watershed Cooperative Agreement Program (WCAP) seeks applications from eligible applicants to restore streams affected by AMD to a level that will support a diverse biological community and provide recreational opportunities for the community.

Federal and non-Federal laboratories; 2.
accredited museums; 3.
universities; 4.
nonprofit organizations; 5.
System units and offices and Cooperative Park Study Units of the System; 6.
State Historic Preservation Offices; 7.
tribal preservation offices; and 8.
Native Hawaiian organizations.
