FY 2021 International Visitor Leadership Program

The Office of International Visitors, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA/PE/V), United States Department of State (DOS), announces an open competition for up to eight cooperative agreements to support the administrative costs of the FY 2021 International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP).

in 1940, the IVLP is a professional exchange program that seeks to build mutual understanding between the United States and other nations through carefully designed short-term visits to the U. S. for current and emerging leaders.

These visits support U. S. foreign policy goals and reflect the participants’ professional interests.
