Judicial Counterterrorism Development Project in Iraq

The Bureau of Counterterrorism of the U. S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to enhance capabilities of judicial stakeholders in Iraq to investigate, prosecute, and adjudicate terrorism cases.

CT aims to expand its ongoing assistance to

the justice sector to strengthen Iraq’s terrorism prosecutions and enhance the integrity of judicial institutions through robust application of Iraqi law.
