Tunisian Health Center for University Research Excellence & Sustainability (CURES)

The Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs’ Office of Assistance Coordination (NEA/AC) and the United States Embassy in Tunisia, Assistance Unit seek proposals that improve scientific research in Tunisia to better prevent and treat non-communicable diseases (NCDs) through the establishment of a simulation

center that allows doctors and medical students to apply research and test new technologies and treatments.

Applications will be accepted only from organizations that have previously operated in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region or have personnel who have previously worked in Tunisia and can demonstrate the ability to work with SFM and the Tunisian Ministry of Health (MoH).

This programming responds to the Embassy’s Mission Objective 3. 2, the business climate becomes more conducive to private sector-led growth.
