Counterterrorism Strategic Communications

The overall goal(s) of this project are to:
Discredit VEOs, including their leaders, their methods, and their narratives, and degrade their ability to recruit members, supporters, and sympathizers.

Submissions are being sought for projects that address the specified criteria and are focused

on the GEC Counter terrorism (CT) Division’s FY22 priority regions:
East Africa and South and Central Asia; however, proposals addressing all geographic areas will be considered.
