The U. S. Department of State, Bureau of Political Military Affairs, Office of Global Programs and Initiatives announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project in the Republic of the Marshall Islands (GRMI) to enhance GRMI’s security sector governance.

institutional capacity building project aims to support RMI’s Office of the President and Office of the Chief Secretary in their goal to establish and operationalize a National Security Coordinator’s Office and a National Security Council; to develop a National Security Strategy (NSS); and to assist GRMI to implement its NSS.
