The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS), is accepting applications for fiscal year (FY) 2021 National Child Traumatic Stress Initiative (NCTSI) – Category III, Community Treatment and Service (CTS) Centers (Short Title:

The purpose of this program is to provide and increase access to effective trauma-focused treatment and services systems in communities for children and adolescents, and their families who experience traumatic events throughout the nation.

Additional Information of Eligibility:
Eligible applicants are domestic public and private nonprofit entities.
For example: (1) State and local governments (2) Federally recognized American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) tribes and tribal organizations (3) Urban Indian organizations (4) Public or private universities and colleges (5) Community- and faith-based organizations.
NCTSI III recipients funded under SM-20-005 are not eligible to apply for funding under this FOA.
